Amend: The Fight for America | Episode 4 | Netflix

When the United States of America was founded, the ideals of freedom and equality did not apply to all people. These are the stories of the brave Americans who fought to right the nation’s wrongs and enshrine the values we hold most dear into the Constitution - with liberty and justice for all. Executive produced and hosted by Will Smith.
In the 1970s, women appeal to evolving interpretations of the 14th Amendment in their fight to achieve equality and control their own destinies.

This education is FREE and folks are just not taking advantage of this. This series is essential and required viewing for all US citizens. There is so much misinformation and lack of education in 2022. Love this, Intersectionality... so glad that I took a class on Women's Studies in 2009. Learned so much about law and our rights at Citizens in the USA.

In my lifetime I've seen plenty of good strong marriages where the role is switch. The wives has a good-paying jobs that they enjoy and brings home the bacon. While their husbands stay home with the superwoman skills of keeping and managing the household, the kids, the pets and everything that comes with it. And shout out for those single dads who does both without hesitation. 🙋‍♀️ 🤗👍😂

Hopefully the womens rights movement moves further to protecting the women in the womb that can protect themselves. Much like blacks in their fight for freedom these babies in the womb are said to be "not human"

I am for equality for women but I seriously hope that women are ready for what comes with equality, cos its not as if men have been having it that good, I believe women at a certain time was protected from all the frustration and stress out there in the real world. But if women wanna go along that line I am totally for it. I am totally in agreement for total equality in everything, now women can be deployed in numbers to war, build bridges, clean our sewages, collect our garbage from the streets. Equality does not have to be in the board rooms alone.
