I really enjoy your videos man - keep on keeping on! Your builds are solid and priced fairly for the parts and your time. I also appreciate as a seller that you show benchmarks and even have a test setup in your car. I know a lot of folks intimidated by the components and all the jargon that goes with PC part picking and whatnot, so you are doing some solid work establishing buyer confidence.

For my market, it's usually higher end systems that use amd gpus like the 6000 series that sell fast, while its the opposite for lower end systems like i7-8700 + 1060/1070 combo. It's also helpful if you could add a 3-4 day warranty since thats all the time you would need to identify a problem with the build.

Personally I have good success with radeon gpus. Of course, I have to pair the gpu with a solid motherboard platform for it to be appealing. I sold probably 5 builds with RX 6600s in them and paired them with mostly ryzen 5 3600s and one was an i5-11400f. They usually sell within a week for no less than $600. For higher end builds, the 6700 XT does really well if you can price the whole system for around $900-$1000. Recently I got some RX 5700 XTs for very cheap, so im curious to quickly those will sell. They run cyberpunk, baldurs gate, and even starfield surprisingly well (even better than the 6600).

I like to sell complete setups, monitor, keyboard and mouse with pc..it allows more opportunity for a small mark up on each. Tip- look for use pc cases…. I can find really nice ones for $20-$50. And FYI, pc market is soft right now, economy ain’t great right now.

Many moons ago I was playing Knights of the Old Republic and I had a Radeon 9250 (if my aged memory is correct), this is of course back when it was ATI. The game ran like crap and so I essentially took a downgrade to a Geforce4MX and the game ran brilliantly. Since then I've always favoured Nvidia cards.

I think the problem is that many people dont know in wich order the amd gpus get better. Nvidia is better to understand like gtx 1060,1070,1080 and so on

Sources? I'm pretty sure he just keeps track of the prices he paid for when he buys the used parts. Then just tally up the cost of the build, and whatever you get above your own cost for the build is profit. I guess if you have a bunch of spare pc parts that you didn't purchase for some reason, you could do a search on various used market places to get some kind of average for what those parts are selling on their own. Like FB marketplace, offerup, jawa, cragslist etc. It'd be up to you how thorough you'd want to get to try and figure out an average value for the part. But of course if you had gotten those parts for free, then technically your profit is the total of what the build sells for. As you didn't have to spend any money up front to build the pc, so you don't have to subtract anything from what it sells for. The whole sale price is your profit.

Im assuming he hunts for parts himself, tries to lock down good deals also whatever he gets sent he'll use such as chassis and storage.

I have been trying to sell multiple pc's with different price points, different builds, different titles / descriptions and nothing works. My area is a horrible market for pc flipping

What games can you even play on a system like this? I'm guessing most triple A titles are out of the question with the exception of really old ones.
