@@Inkiplier yikes, sorry to hear that, i mean its really highly recommended that you do go for a nvidia gpu, but if youre stuck with what you have for now, heres what i can do first, download all the requirements in the video, ill just list all the instructions here for you download the standalone GIT for windows, 64 bit install: git-scm.com/download/win 2nd, download python 3.10.8, once the box appears, MAKE SURE YOU CLICK "ADD TO PATH" should be around the time at the end of the install wizard 3rd, go to the storage drive youre going to be downloading it on, and make a new folder, i named mine amdSD make sure to make another folder inside of it called webui, after that double click that folder and then open command prompt as an administrator paste in: git clone github.com/lshqqytiger/stable-diffusion-webui-directml && git submodule init && git submodule update let that finish its thing, and at the end inside of your folder it should say "webui" and everything should be installed open the folder and scroll all the way down to the "webui" BATCH FILE, that is very important, you want that batch file right click the batch file and click "edit" or open with notepad once youre in the batch file, paste on the commandline args line: --opt-sub-quad-attention --disable-nan-check once you do that, click file and click save, and you should be good to close it, make sure you get rid of --medvram if you added it now, double click the batch file to open it and let it run, once you get to the ip link it gives you, paste that into your web browser and start creating images, then come back here to tell me if its faster, for example my 512, 512 take about 5-8 seconds to make which was much faster than what i've said in the video. of course, it might be different for both of us since I have a 16gb vram and you have 8, mainly meaning I can create larger images since I have more of that memory to use, so keep in mind that the more steps and bigger the images you make, the longer its going to take! so if youre creating bigger images, use just 20 steps since the steps really dont matter that much

it has 16gb of vram, I still need to fix the description because it didn't save, I also figured put, only use --medvram if you have less than 8gb of vram

try deleting the "venv" file and removing anything from the batch file line, i.e: the commandargs
