In order to use the command tool the robot needs to be in working or charging status. If the robot is showing stop then the cloud command tool will not be present.

Can you explain more about the distance traveling on the wire for the robot going from one area to the next how do you determine how to set that?

Distance travel is the distance from the charge station to where you wish the robot to start operation

@@yellowjacket588 each area A1 to A8 can be edited the distance will allways be from the charge station. It maybe easier to contact us via email which can be found www.ambrogio.co.uk

Yes, download app on his smart phone and connect with robot, the same way you did
