I love AMBLIMATION! I've telling my friends about it for days. What I gotta even say is "They REALLY gotta make An American Tail: Fievel Goes West on Blu-Ray!" This movie is AWESOME!!!!

The studio closed in 1997 after only eight years of operation and its office building became a self-storage facility called Access Self-Storage. All 250 of Amblimation's crew members went on to join DreamWorks Animation, which was later acquired in 2016 by Universal's parent company NBCUniversal for $3.8 billion. Balto was the last film produced by Amblimation before its closure in 1997.

If you look at 0:41, you can see some early sketches of the dogs from "Balto".

0:44 true story. Thats my mom! She was that production manager. She still has a lot of the old artwork and cels from the original animation. Last name is even on one of the buildings

Amblimación De Películas

The only reason why Amblimation shut down is because of the failure of Balto.

I like all three movies. Sadly, Cats was not made by Amblimation. Freaking Tom Hooper and Spielberg had to go boring live action approach.

Fievel Goes West wasn't too bad. I haven't seen We're Back. But I fucking can't stand Balto.

Well, Hooper was the idiotic responsible for the lack of CGI MOTION CAPTURE direction and he insulted the digital artists during production

@@scoutart1508 Because it was just horrible. Apparently, the real story wasn't exciting enough for Amblimation, so they RUINED the story by throwing in a bunch of violent things that never really happened.
