As an old school skateboarder/snowboarder, I have to say this snow skate stuff is so liberating. And what I mean by that is, being able to do it anywhere, anytime without having to go to a ski resort pay to get in, strap into something and ride designated courses. Back in the 90s we would take our old skateboards and wax the bottom of them and ride around in the winter off of stuff but never thought it would ever turn into something like this. 🤙

My humble opinion is that Snowsk8in is the future for winter sports. It seems more accessible especially for the folks that have a very slim budget. Loving the fk out of the Snowsk8 content. Much 💚 from Alabama.

Its so much fun.

So sick. Doing all of that around cement is soo intense... I just broke my elbow yesterday, fell on a steep driveway - it only looked snowy but there was black ice underneath. I was delivering a package, arms were full and couldn't catch myself. My feet couldn't get any grip. Blows, now I have to take it easy for the first chunk of the season.

Anybody know if they have regular griptape on these boards like a skateboard does? The snow skateboard I used to have had a thin layer of almost foam-like material on top and I don’t remember it being grippy enough to do the types of tricks these guys are doing.

These come with an EVA foam grip preinstalled. To do tricks you need Prism grip, look it up.

its always soo damn funny its now a big thing. I remember many of us did it back in the 90s every single winter and went straight for the biggest hills we could find, stairs what ever could be grinded. So it always brings a smile to my face, especially cause its boards made for it an not the regular boards that eventually break while in a grind cause of the water ahahaha

You need the wooden ones for advanced tricks. That said our plastic Jib snowskates will stiffen up in the cold, that's why we recommend they are store outdoors in a shed or any covered area.
