What Amber described about ADHD is me! Anyone reading this contemplating getting a diagnosis do it. It's changed my life. The meds are in your system for such a short time (a few hrs) so if you don't like them dont take them.

@kiera6678 not hard but it can be really long if you go through the NHS.

I’ve got autism and I’ve realised the jobs autistic and adhd people have are normally creative jobs or working in childcare

amber has no adhd, she speaks with composure and she is articulate, young lady, dont know where that rubbish is coming from, dont listen to that

when I listen to amber talk , any time, it sounds like amber, there is no character at all, she is 100 percent her self, and there are verry few people like this in this day and age

The thing with the pill Ash is you only want to take it in times of intense focus. It naturally calms you down and re-focuses your mind, you won’t really feel like chatting or having a laugh. You’ll just end up getting on with what you need to do. Only last a few hours though and you’re back to normality after. (Just my experience) x

I remember reading an article on internal monologues. Aprox 50% has this. So i’d say we are completely fine 😂
