I need a video of these being cut and filed down. No one has done that but several have done the same review on this

I believe she just meant shaping as far as shortening the nail a bit or a lot..and filing shaping up. Probably wants to see how tipex does once youve cut threw the full nail and make sure you dont get any of those fine or thick white lines near the tip from shortening and such..since these particular types of nails are meant to be very thick & last Some peoples* concerns may be how well an *incredibl​y thick false full coverage will do when cutting into the structure will it chip? Maintain perfect form still? Will the tips have those annoying white lines..things like that girl! (Sorry for the extra bs detail&long msg) i know since u do nails i didnt really need to.dive that far🙄🤦‍♀️@MariiBeautyX0

Me too. I know you can’t cut the length too much since the aped creates a thicker nail and it would look weird. But I can’t function in my daily life with these full length but I want to try them so badly.

Hey girl I also brought the kit & I used rubber basecoat. They look so good on and they stay on like 3 to 4 weeks and then I take them off and do a new set. I love these new nail tips, I am so happy they came out with them I was always using hard gel, but I’m gonna use these for now on.

That’s awesome. Do you have any preferred brand for the rubber base? Yeah.

I bought the kit that has 500 tips and glue only and when I tried them I thought the glue was great I had my set on for almost 3 weeks I took them off because I wanted a new set!! And I didn’t put no base coat at all no primer nothing just glued them on lol 😂

Good to know! Im happy that you had a great experience with the glue! I definitely need to play around with it more, but atm i reattempted using base coat under and its holding up now !

To keep them from lifting don’t apply them so close to the cuticle. Leave a little space from the cuticle and the tip so you can file them flush with your nail. I like to use a layer of hard gel once flushed. They will come out like a full set.

I've been thinking about trying them, I have no c curve tho. Like it doesn't exist 😂 I like using the 4 in 1 glue from beetles or the fiber gel clear from young nails. I tried a solid glue gel I'm not fond of it for myself. I do see others using it and they seem to really like it. The kind I purchased after you put it on to adhere the full cover extension it kinda made the extension set up higher. Really enjoyed the video, your nails look great! ❤

I have some nails that are flat and they are here perfectly, but I did find that I needed to go in with extra glue on those nails to fill in the gap . The good thing about these nails is not the Apex is high, but it’s sort of built into the nail, so it’s not an empty shell that needs to be filled in

So many questions!?!? Can they be cut down and reshaped? Or are they as is due to thickness and durability?

Horrible experience with these tips, way too much apex for my nail bed and they are weirdly thick. Tried nail glue, gel nail glue, regular foundation gel and poly gel, could not keep them on. Prep was done properly.

that happened to me the first time I applied them, but when I reapplied them the second time I used a thin, they were basecoat in between, and it held up pretty well so far . I still can’t decide whether I love the glue or not.

@@MariiBeautyX0 I did the thin layer base coat too so I just figured it was the apex sitting too high on my very flat nail bed. I later thought maybe a thicker layer of the putty like poly gel would fill in for a better fit and they only lasted but a few days. I guess some times it’s a go and this one was not for my nails.

@@melindanunez9903 yeah I definitely noticed that I had to use more gel on my flat or nailbeds which ended up taking longer to cure and possibly not cure all the way . I love the nail tips, but I’m curious how compatible it is with other glues . I’ll definitely look into using rubber base.
