Can the height be adjusted easily? I have heard it's not easy to adjust monitor height with this stand

Video felt a little disconnected to the features of stand not all pros and cons are cover , people come on videos because they want to get answers to thier queries which amazon product page might not resolve. 3. Music is louder than ur voice , it gave me ear pain at time of transition

Yes its totally stable and very sturdy brother built with heavy metal you can instal big monitor even like 32 inch with no issues mine is 29inch
