I hope you replaced that missing top shock mount bolt before the other half worked out! I just picked up one of these bikes, used. The bottom bolt was gone from mine. Easy replace. I went around the bike and used blue thread locker on most of the hardware.

Texaco does 97 premium gasoline and perhaps get an octane booster additive thats boosts it up by 2.5 - 3 R.O.N.

Have you figured out what size chain it uses? I have an older (Iguess) 49cc SYX Moto bike and lost the master link. I believe its a 8mm chain but am waiting to get a couple from amazon as SYX was out of stock.

Man I definitely subscribed this might convince my parents to let me buy this so is their a specific type of gas I need?

I bought this bike after watching your video. Nice work!!I can't seem to adjust the throttle limiter. I know how to do it, I have moved the screw to the 3 different positions, but the part of the handle, which would hit the screw, does not even come close to any of the holes. Its like the cable is too short. The handle needs to be rotated 45 degrees. Any ideas?

I had trouble getting mine adjusted to and never did figure it out, I’m sure you can buy a new throttle on Amazon tho for under $30

Newly brought..one for my kids.. But after 02 days drive its stopped while riding some miles.. Dont know exact problem

What is the weight limit for a 50cc i have a hawk pro

I have a couple of questions. I went over a bump and do to the fact my muffler on mini Moto bike is chopped. It hit my back tire. And now I have to buy tire and tube. So I need to install muffler and raise it up so it wo nt hit tire. Do I need to get a different rear suspension as well?

Looks like I'm going to be swooping one of these up for the 7 year old niece. I've been looking online for some training wheels but they all come up as "universal" which look more like for Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki name brands.. Have you looked into any for your son and if so, any leads? Thanks man! Best video that wasn't grown men seeing how fast they could destroy one.

Appreciate the feedback man, glad you enjoyed! I had trouble finding some training wheels myself.:. Syx moto was supposed to be coming out with a set but I’m not sure if they did. I’d think a universal set would probably work. If not push for no training wheels at all😉

i bought one for my son, he rode it just one day and seem to not want to start after that. So I bought a new carburator and spark plug and than it would rub for about 10 seconds and shut off. Funny if I turned it on and let it sit it was fine but the moment he would sit on it to ride it would shut off after about 10-15 seconds. Any suggestions on what to do next?

To me that sounds like a gas problem, like it’s not receiving enough gas when he hits the throttle so it’s causing it to shut off. Double check all the fuel lines maybe... your running the mixed gas correct

For this bike and a 100lb kid should the shock adjuster be all the way to the top? Just got it today for Christmas he loves it

What is the weight for a min bike 50cc 2 stroke

Great video. Got one for my son. One more week until it is unveiled. What's the maximum amount of time I can leave gas in it? We will probably only run it twice a week.

I’d say your good for about a month, just make sure to burn the gas out of the carb after each use instead of just turning it off.

Got one a week ago it would only run for a few seconds than it would random throttle and than stall out. Tried adjusting the carb and still cant get it to run . any tips ?

It definitely sounds like a carb problem in from the little info I have, did you check to make sure it’s getting gas? You have the fuel line inline correct? I’d adjust the carb screw to the left more so it throttles pretty high to stay on, and go down from there. Also you can take a fuel hose and put it on the hose on the end and blow air into the bottom hose of the carb, then try and fire her up. Good luck🤞🏼 get back to me if it’s still not working.

2 stroke motor oil measure with the ratio. I believe it’s 25:1

So I live in Colorado And it’s bogging out on me whenever I was going uphill and now it won’t go no more so my main jets are messed up is there anyway you could help me with the main jets and the pilot jet which one would you prefer?

Is the bike new? Do you store the bike correctly like I show in my video? I don’t think your jets are ruined, my guess is they r clogged, it’s a very small hole and it easily can be clogged, try the tips I provided and lifting the back frame and Reving it out/turning the idle screw to rev higher for a little bit to try and burn it all out, if that doesn’t work I’d personally take the carb off and clean it out fully, just make sure you take pictures/record so you know how to put it back together!

@@goodtripsonly I got it Friday pull it one it fire up and it sounded really good tell I stop it then I try to pull start it and it will Idol but as soon as I hit the throttle it would die out so I try to pull start it again and I guess excessive pooling break sure thing pretty quick so I’m waiting on another pool start I was wondering if I had some to do with my altitude in Colorado

Honestly I’d aim for a little bigger bike...maybe if it was just to mess around on but if your serious and want her to possibly take up the sport I’d grab a bigger bike. Maybe a 110

@@alexasalazar7437 I just bought the SYX mini 50cc for my 8year old son recently for a Christmas present. He wants to take up riding, so I figured this would be a good learning bike, instead of going out and buying at 3-5k Yamaha YZ, Honda CRF, and then turn around and realize he may not like it, then we’re stuck with a bike I’ll still have to pay off. I will tell you, that the first SYX mini I received, totally didn’t start after the it’s first start. I started it, ran it for 5 mins, shut it off, tried to start it after 5 mins and I just wouldn’t go. Even after taking the carburetor apart, cleaning it out, emptied the gas tank, made a whole new gas mix, checked the spark plug, checked just about everything I could, and still wouldn’t start. SYX did send me a new bike to replace this one and the second one works perfectly. These bikes you’ll find on Amazon, like just about everything on the market, is as the saying goes, “you get what you paid for.” These are cheaply made bikes dirt bikes, they’re not gonna hold up like the Yamaha, Suzuki, KTM, Honda, Kawasaki. So it all depends on what you’d like the bike for. Just to cruise through the neighborhood or possibly some trails every now and then, maybe just to learn to ride, then these Amazon bikes are perfect for that. If your looking to have someone like a child take up the sport of dirt biking, has no experience, these too are good for learning and to get a feel of riding a dirt bike. I’ve known of people who’s kids want a dirt bike, they’ll go out and finance a higher end bike, and the kid ends up either being scared to ride or turned out just not liking it. My son hasn’t ridden anything more than a regular pedal bike, so the SYX 50cc will be good for him to learn, and figure out if it’s something he’ll enjoy, and I won’t be stuck with a payment. As far as size, that all depends on the height and weight of the rider, how well they can plant their feet on the ground while sitting on the bike. Cheap route, Amazon has the X-PRO 110cc Dirt Bike Pit Bike Kids Dirt Pitbike, Tao Tao Dirt bike DB14, Coolster QG-213A 110cc Dirt Bike. These are all 110cc bikes. In 125cc Amazon has; X-PRO 125cc Dirt Bike Pit Bike, Apollo DB-X18 125cc Dirt Bike, and there’s more. I’d say do some research, read reviews and watch tons of KZread videos on these before choosing one to buy. Now on the more expensive, better quality end; there’s the Honda CRF110 and the CRF 125, Yamaha YZ125 and the YZ85. And there’s different categories for these higher end makes like Cross Country, Trail, or Motorcross. Again, that all depends on what you’d like to use this bike for. I’d say if you’re just looking to cruise, get on some trails, then a trail bike will do, if you’re looking to compete, then a Motorcross type is better. It’s gonna take some time, but do some research, read lots of reviews, watch KZread videos on the bikes I mentioned and any others you may find. Compare the size of people riding the bikes in the videos to the person you plan on having ride, ask around of anyone you may know that rides. I hope this helps.

You definitely can not carry two people on this bike and that weight might be definitely close to maxing it out, I mean I’m 190 an it can carry me but I’ve never tried more then that. They r strong bikes if you take care of them. I’m sure I’d you got some upgraded parts like a stronger bolt for the wheel to ensure it doesn’t bend.

@@lukaspolda5277 no you wouldn’t be able to hit jumps, it’s not really meant to take to the track even for little kids in my opinion, more of getting to families with the bike and learning how to ride, or it could be useful getting around in the pits just driving around.

I thought it was the carburetor but it can be the bike ran for a week then on that Sunday she aint start she might be flooded i took her out and on a cold day that Saturday

@@bigshawn3204 it could definitely still be the carb, couple questions, are you using mixed gas right? When you stored it did you turn the gas fuel line off located by the carb? If not it can easily clog the carb just because it’s mixed gas, at the bottom of the carb their is a hose. Sounds gross put put your mouth on it and blow super hard in it, make sure the choke is on and give her a pull. She should fire up for sure
