Thanks Chris!! I was in the same situation as you were. I got rejected on my first attempt at getting approved for Amazon onsite commissions. Found your video a few weeks ago, created 3 videos following the template you laid out in this video, uploaded them this past Sunday and today (Thursday, 11/16/2023) I got approved. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! Now the fun (and work) begins. Excited to see what the possibilities are on Amazon!!

Update: I followed the instructions to a T, my videos were just as long as yours, the angle was the same and my script was based off of yours. I still got denied. What the heck do these people want?

Best practices for getting approved (1st time hopefully!) I learned that you should act like these videos are your RESUME. Put your best foot forward. Great lighting and sound, horizontal filming if using your phone, keep the video short and sweet, talking about pros and cons, around 1-2 mins so you don’t have to worry about some word that will get it rejected. Just my 2 cents. Glad these videos are out there cause there was so little info when I got started in 2022. 👏

I was denied twice before I actually found the terms of service. They had sent me something that does not lead you to the right page. I was reading upload your KZread videos just take out stuff that links to other websites and pricing. Believe me you have to do a whole lot more

I followed your outline and technique for my first three videos. Good camera, good sound, lighting AND… still got rejected for “video quality requirements.” Avoided all the no-nos too. Back to the drawing board i guess, but regardless thanks for the tips.

I didn’t require 3 videos to be approved. I just submitted links to products I recommend. I was approved after that. No videos.

Hi, I had a better chance if I had seen you earlier. I just submitted my last three videos since my first two attempts were rejected. I’m worried because I made them vertically and tried to enlarge them, but they didn’t turn out completely horizontal, so I added a background blur to fill the frame. My English isn’t native, and I have a strong accent, so I hope that won’t be an issue. Also, the brand name may be a problem when I pronounced....I’m anxious to see what will happen! Saludos!
