So in general it’s like if it cost u around $5 there will be $5 Amazon fee and then add similar amount in profit.. so it’s like cost multiply by 3.. one portion to supplier 2nd to Amazon and 3rd is urs

Ship half inventory by air , and another half by road if it's possible for you.

do you color your hair?? This color looks so good on you.

Freight forwarder by air was 16k and by sea was 3k this was cheapest. To ship from China straight to Amazon FBA in all your videos you talked about ship cost but not this high of cost. :/ we placed our order already and now are freaking out about shipping cost. Could you help us out maybe we are searching in the wrong places? Thanks

wait hold up. You changed the average inventory units stored to 1? wouldn't be 1000? because your sending them 1000 brushes? If that's true please explain because I'm about to ship up 15 cases of soft drink to them and there not going to be only holding 1 case for me? Maybe because I'm shipping them all in one box?

I downloaded the December payment report(date range report) And to get a monthly net profit, Income - Expenses - COGS, right? But to get the exact number of units for the income is hard to find. From the Business report units are 150 and the Total sales is $10,000 and Income is $8000. Can you please help me finding Net profit?

Hey i'm checking the Amazon revenue calculator tool and i input ASINs for well established products i'd be competing with . The product cost section is not there , the tool just calculates how much that ASIN pays for Amazon fees , fulfillment costs/storage . I see margins of 25% , but the cost of the product is not even included ! At the low prices they sell IDK how they make money

Tatiana, I have inquired with my two top sellers and they have quoted me on air shipment for my potential order. The price is sky high! When I calculated the price for air shipment using your suggestion, it should be have the amount. What should I do? Are sellers overpricing just in case, since I told them it is going to Amazon warehouse and I could not give them the exact address? They both gave very similar price tags. I just got my samples and now ready to make my first order but they are telling me it'll be $1445 to ship by air and 500 to ship by sea fast vessel She said the reason is because covid and they're inflating the prices every week. my product is pretty light weight like .7oz and I want to order 1000. Tatiana one question. Why would we need to sell on Amazon giving all the power and monopoly to one platform? Where in near future commission will increase so will competition with Amazon and team being winner only. So why not encourage sole proprietorship businesses and own website own platform? Sorry if it offended anyone. I just felt that way and since Tatiana is open minded so I commented. Thank you!

Hi Murtaza Amazon handle the storage, and have next day delivery , all done by amazon. If you have your own website, getting traffic to your Website would be challenging and you would need to pay for advertising. Amazon already has millions of customers looking for products. Also with your website shop you would have to sort out delivery and storage of products to your customers, but amazon does all this for you. And this is why they take their cut, however once you have a successful brand on amazon you could start up your own site.

I have two similar products that I am selling and have a limit of 200 units in CAD and 200 units in USA FBA warehouse. I'm torn to sell just 1 and send 200 units of one item to CAD and USA for total of 400 units...and 100 units to home address. I have the option of sending 100 units product A + 100 units product B to both USA and CAD warehouses. MOQ is 500 units so total of 1000 units. I have warehouse space for 600 units for free in Canada. Would it make sense to just do one product or do both? Does Amazon provide a seller shipping rate for product refill from Canada (Home) Warehouse to USA FBA warehouse? 📦

isnt it better to get the DDP price from chines Manufacturers. in this way whole cost of freight from china to amazon ware house+ duty charges are covered in the price.

I'm seeing Sea shipping costs hovering closer to $3.25/KG. Anyone else?

Don't see anything about the tariff fees for a product, while importing. There are also destination CFS charges involved for both air and ocean freight. Anyone new to this must get their tariff fees worked out. Get a shipping agency that does the filing and full delivery for you, at least until you find your way around this. This video is year old, but even at that time sea and air rates were fluctuating by a lot. Shipping by air usually goes by weight, but shipping by ocean mostly goes by volume unless you're importing something really heavy where most of the volume might be made of metal. definitely
