I appreciate this honest comparison. Lately, my hair could really benefit from a hair steamer. But I didn’t have the space so I bought the cap about a week ago. So far I’ve used it twice and both times I’ve noticed a difference in softness. I’m here mostly to see if there are any tips or tricks in using the cap. So far it seems pretty straightforward. Thank you!

you know how you buy beauty products from a Beauty supply store, and they last a good long time, I bought a hair dryer from Sally's beauty store and I had it for a while. buti don't fell like dragging it out to it, that's why I bought a heat cap. I had one from Sally's and let a friend of mine use it and girl you know where I'm going with this. every time you let someone barrow something of yours, it always comes back to you all broken up and they tell you they don't know what happened.

I have this or something similar and i preferred it over my hooded dryer right away for deep conditioning. I don’t have a steamer (yet) so i can’t compare

I have one doubt. We use plastic shower cap, won’t that with heat become bad for our hair?
