“The godly may trip seven times, but they will get up again.
But one disaster is enough to overthrow the wicked.
Don’t rejoice when your enemies fall;
don’t be happy when they stumble.
For the Lord will be displeased with you
and will turn his anger away from them.
Don’t fret because of evildoers;
don’t envy the wicked.”
Proverbs 24: 16-19 NLT

Thank you for showing my table, it’s since doubled in size. I will send some updated pictures and videos. - Jordon Brown
Jimmy, thanks for including my N.P.R.R. in your video. It just goes to show that you can build a nice layout in a small space and in your lifetime, even if you're an old fart like me, doing it for the first time. -Burt
That guy who put 'The Cannonball' in his layout is what I had in mind, but with the Bradley girls swimming in the watering tank! Have 'Petticoat junction' on dvr. ❤
Having some Aspen Ridge Dark Roast this morning. That 4'x8' layout has a lot packed in there!
It's still one of your best segments, Jimmy👍🚂🇨🇦🇺🇲
Thanks for sharing these Jimmy! Lots of ideas being shared for those who don't know what they want on their own layout yet. - Jason
Day late and a dollar short, but tonight I'm drinking K-Cups from home. Donut Shop flavored cups! Cheers!
I'm drinking on rotation all dark coffee, green mountain 'dark magic', donut shop 'dark', gevalia, 'dark royal roast', n peet's, major dickason's blend dark roast ! And soon to add fulgers, 'black silk' back to the rotation which is my favorite ☕️!
Nice to see a friend Burt's layout on your show. I always liked this segment.
Nice modeling folks!
Lot’s of cool layouts! I’m starting a HO scale layout soon, and i always enjoy watching these for some inspiration and ideas. Excellent video!
Jimmy, aloha I loved the Hooterville layout, Only thing missing was the three petticoats in the water tower and crashed biplane which was part of the original story line, Watched both the original and the reruns when they were first out. I'm going to incorporate parts into my layout as a friend gave me a steam 2-4-0 engine as a thank you gift. Still working on the full story line for the layout.

There are partially shown in the 2nd picture of the video. You can see the bottom half of them hanging from the top.

Like! 🤔 the cinematic connection can add yet more storyline for the operations 💭
Good morning Jimmy. Today I’m drinking some flavored coffee that was given to me by a friend visiting Hawaii. Thanks again for a great video showcasing your viewers work. A lot of amazing stuff a lot of different background to every layout, from grandpa’s refurbished layout to a 5000 square-foot club layout! I guess that’s why you call it coffee and Trains.… Cheers!
All of the layouts look nice 👍🏾
How cool. Everyone's set up looked awesome. Definitely makes me want to start carving up a little mountain.
Reruns! I watched the original Showa!

So did I, and apparently way too often considering all the details of the shows that were still in my head and ended up being built into my NPRR! -Burt
Thank you for sharing this.
Great show thank you
Fantastic!!!! Love them, really nice layouts
Hello, im Andrew, from the NMMRC, thank you for showing the pictures! The layout is wayyy bigger in person. And I think the people did an amazing job.

Agree… love having cinematic references to my favorite movies and shows… these are all over my freelance layout
Great show as always Jimmy! Great interview on the Second Section Podcast! We are pretty much the same age which is cool because we are part of the youth of the hobby! Will you be attending the Dallas nmra show?

Another younger modeler! I wish! Once my kids get a little older I want to take them to all sorts of shows. NMRA, Amherst etc.

@DIYDigitalRailroad if you come to the Dallas show, we need to bump into each other. I'm hosting a weathering clinic
good vid
I'm a bit confused by the Hootervill Railroad. I'm missing its two characteristic hills.
👍👌
What would I use to remove ballast off of my layout
IM THE FIRST TO COMMENT. And how do i send in a picture ore a video?
Nice layouts . I'm not sure what hand laid track means . I thought it was all hand laid. The thing that is truly annoying is everything is so darn expensive. Example, hobby dealer near me has pack of 10 resistors for $ 10. 50c. Yet the electronic hobby store has same part in pack of 8 for 68 cents Thats Australia for you..
Are you able to submit another picture of your layout if you have made a lot of changes
