    if you want to make your laser last longer and get better results use a lower laser power and a slower cutting speed. Quality takes time.

    Hi. Do you know if I upgrade this laser with its 20 w head, do I need the air assist? Thanks

  • @3DHP

    @3DHP

    Adding air assist to any diode laser will help you cut better and deeper. Cleaner cuts and stop possible burning of wood in some cases.

    Great video, thanks! What settings did you use for the leather and the flask?

  • @3DHP

    @3DHP

    2 жыл бұрын

    Image on leather was 5000 mm/m 90% power. Flask I think was 700mm/m 100% power line mode. Many company websites for different lasers have recommended settings,these are what I use. Also for the Comgro Comgo Z1 website, there are recommended setting. I only use Lightburn.

    Hello, I have almost this exact laser. Thanks for the video. Question, the red guide light is offset from the burning laser. Is that how it is suppose to be? Is there a way to align the two? If it is suppose to be offset, what is the offset? Thanks so much. I can not find anything about this anywhere. I have only used this thing a couple of times because I have a hard time centering my work.

    I no longer own this laser but it never had a seperate pointer to line up work.My XTool did and the cross hairs were dead center of your work. I suggest using LightBurn as your software. The are a ton of laser groups online.Like Facebook group and TwoTrees web site should have a help section or links.

    Buy Tempura Black paint from Amazon or the dollar store. Paint a few layers and dry it. even coats. Do a reverse image and test with different power and speed setting. If Two Trees don't have recommended settings for glass on there site,go to a different companies site and look at there recommendations,like Comgrow, a 5 watt is a 5 watt. Tempura paint washes off really easy.Dry Moly Lube also works as a coating in a spray can,but harder to wash off.There are other things to put on glass and mirror but I think Tempura paint is the cheapest and easiest way to go.Hope this helps.

    Not sure if I tried it on that machine. You have to be careful with rotary roller since the tumbler or glass like to walk or move out of place. A chuck style roller will not move out of place.
