Is the non stick coating coming off that pot the clams and peppers are being cooked in?

What type of dough is she using to making the roti and what is she drizzling on top of them?

Why do you pre split the clams when rhey open as they cook?

You don’t want to cut hem open after they are cooked. It will be hot and messy. So after cooking is done you’re ready to eat them without needing extra utensils like knife or fork.

I still do remember after school about 3: 30 every days at the den dean school . three is an old Indian man who sells a roti by the gates and some of the fresh fruits. As far as the old India Man his roti is the original roti at the times I only 6 or 7 years old but the taste i can not forgets now I am in my might seventhy.

These are too much oil.

The only thing that concerns me about Thai street food is, I noticed that they don't wash their hands before starting to cook the food! So I won't be eating street food once I arrive, only restaurant food😢!
