Miyako City Kintetsu Kyoto Station Hotel
There are three ultimate reasons for choosing this accommodation. You can never go wrong in choosing this hotel. The location is very strategic, inside the room is surprisingly quiet, but has lots on offer or things to do for guests from dusk to night.
Riding the Shinkansen to everywhere has never been easier, and going to Nara or Osaka is a breeze. All choices of transportation are just outside your accommodation. Amazing!
No no-brainer for families. They have quadruple beds, clean, and spacious rooms. Amenities are perfect. They provide PJs, complete and more than enough toiletries, slippers, towels... name it you'll have it. They have a kettle, Japanese tea, a fridge, and crisp clean bedding.
Plus you sleep and wake up with lots of shops, restaurants, transportation, and lots of things to do just in and outside the station. In fact, the Kyoto Station itself is a destination on its own. See it light up at night with the lighted musical stairs going up the park on the topmost floor. "Isetan" shopping mall is inside the Kyoto Station too for that all-day stroll, shopping, and dining. "Harves" grocery shops, various restaurants, and takeaway dining options are endless. What's more, is - the Kyoto Tower is just a couple of steps away on the opposite side of the road.
