Yes, you do need council license. Before that you need to get a hepatitis shot. Pay for license which renews every year. If you get a complaint about hygiene, you get closed down for week to clean up. Suspended license.

40 years and he hasn't learned you shouldn't put bean sprout at the start because it would overcook and lose the crispiness? That's unacceptable to Penangites' standard

@@nvcxznbcxz I could very well criticize him and do not need to justify my criticism and would continue to do much as I like. As his skills is on full display, those who actually knows something about cooking this type of dish wouldn't mess up the order of the ingredients.

@acekoala1545 Putting taugeh at the end is my preference too, but the speed of his preparation is just right and the taugeh is definitely not overcooked. It's just perfect.
