Amazing,,, nice video👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I recognize the effort they have made, but the structure of that tire is destroyed. I would have to see how long that repair lasts when they use it again...good video.

Nah man they fixed it, good as new
1:00 That's a fine example of why the method they use to repair tires is so dangerous. And every time they repair the same tire, the more dangerous it becomes. Especially when they are grinding through the mesh of the tire. You can clearly see at the beginning of the video how the rubber *doesn't* bond together when a "repair" is done. I wouldn't trust my life on it.
wow good👍👍
Luar biasa boskuh 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻besar sekali ban Mobilnya 😍😍😍

думается мне, твой аллах многих из этих ребят одарит астмой, туберкулезом, или различными формами рака, если, конечно, они не помрут от "несчастного случая" на производстве.

Okay, let me get my head around this. You take a really shitty tire and after all sorts of hard labor and after breathing deadly toxic exposures, you now have a shitty tire.

Maybe they fill them with foam. That's the only way I'd drive on it
I'm sure I've seen that same paint brush and pair of scissors in at least 6 other tire repair videos with different guys, anyways probably see that same brush, scissors AND tire in another video soon but a different tire tech.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Don't forget the shitty grinder along with the scissors and brush. They all seem to have one.
Yeah it’ll be fine!

My main concern was for the workers using lead, no breathing protection for burning rubber or hot irons and other methods. Good job though! And yes, when tires are about $5,000 US a tire of course they must be repaired or retreaded.

Lead melts at a low-ish temp, and boils at a MUCH higher temp. Melting poses little danger of poisoning. About 622 F, and 3180 F. Doesn't mean this "repair" is safe. steve
Anyone knows how much this repair cost ?

is it even safe & okay to repair punctured tire???
@drifting1O1

yes but not one that has side wall damage. this would never be ok most places.
@DrKlausTrophobie

Yes, it is. But just as long as the wires are unharmed. In case you didn't notice: They aren't. When they used the grinding wheel you could see some fibres. I guess they also destroyed the outer layer of poly ply.

Your having a laugh lol , and you think that's a good safe repair, it's scrap.
Ach du Scheiße......🤦♂️
bet you this fixes cost less than $300 ....The tire belts are intact and just adding rubber to them...Imagine how much they save the environment... 100 % functionality...everybody did this long ago and we just forgot about it. Sanction hurt these people.
@blister762

The tire belts were severely damaged. You could see the belt damage as they ground down the rubber. Not to mention the was a hole completely through the tire. But if it gives some more life to the tire and saves the operator money who's going to argue. But you can't use tires that badly damaged in most places. Your insurance carrier would have a fit.
5 minutes and its busted for ever its car put 🙏✝️
