Too many genuine dog lovers buy from puppy farms either through ingnorance or because they feel they are rescuing the puppy they buy. All this does is reward the puppy farmers and perpetuate the business, education on the puppy contract is important but is not enough, it should be made a criminal offence to buy without following the puppy contract. This will be the only way to stamp out this foul business.
