You got 2 versions: with and without sound. Unfortunatelly this model was in sale few years ago and now is sold out. Try eBay, maybe you find one.

Ist wahrscheinlich nur für 2-Leiter Systeme. Also nicht fahrbar auf den Märklin Systemen.
