Some view that being someone In their twenties is an advantage in a competition like this compared to someone in their 60s or 70s. There’s lots on endurance needed etc that is better attributed to youth.

I completely forgot about this show and thought it got canceled a long time ago. I loved watching it in the mid to late 2000s. Glad to see it's still around. Guess I got a new show to binge watch.

I was rooting for them to win! I have never seen or heard of them on KZread but now that I know the mom is a former reporter for Inside Edition it makes sense why she looked vaguely familiar. Glad they won!

I was rooting for three teams. Kim & Penn, the two flight attendants, and Lulu & Lala. Though I was sad the twins got eliminated, I was happy for Kim and Penn to win it all. They looked like they deserve it since the moment I started watching the show.

I was rooting for Penn & Kim and Ryan & Dusty......since I HAD followed Ryan's case from when he was in Jail.

An education equals knowledge. Knowledge plus life experience equals wisdom, and only wisdom shows you how to use your knowledge properly. During The amazing race Kim and Penn frequently made reference to people not studying previous amazing races to learn from the mistakes of those who went before them. Some of the biggest mistakes that The Young racers make is not learning how to navigate, read a map, or learning how to drive a stick shift automobile.

I completely agree. You should KNOW by now if you apply for the show that there will be 1. Something REALLY high 2. Swimming 3. Driving a stick 4. Reading a map. Our favorite line this season was "Nerd glasses activated". Congratulations Kim and Penn - you truly deserved the win!

I agree. I wasn’t routing for the flight attendants though. In fact, I thought they were going to make it through only half the race but they pleasantly surprised me. Kim and Penn ran a phenomenal race and they definitely earned their win. But I was rooting for Dusty and Ryan simply because he deserves the compensation from being wrongfully prisoned for 10 years.
