They pay the hammer guys top wages, they never quit, but the job position has high turnover

You really need some sort of pre-screen before the jaws to get rid of all the 2 inch minus fines going through the jaws. Fines are a great shock absorber and stop the jaws biting into the larger rocks. All the fine combined will that jaw angle makes for big bouncy rocks!

Someone needs to buy these guys a grizzly, half the rocks going in should not clog the machine.

Should never send that big to the jaw!. We never get in the jaw only toss small rocks from a safe distance if one does get jammed but never get close if it's running.

Let me get this straight? You want me to stand on top of a moving rock crusher? take the risk of falling off, or inside? Or, Take a hydraulic jack hammer on an excavator arm and break the rock with dozens times more force than a sledge hammer? In 2024? Are you out of your mind? I work in the USA with this equipment daily. Take your 1960s “work hard, not smart “ attitude and go to h$ll. And yes, I am up on ALL those classes you mentioned, and more. When you get bored, you can look up the difference between OSHA and MSHA.
