Is this the TILISI situated in Limuru Kabuku-Ngecha near ST PAUL'S UNIVERSITY Limuru campus
I also do not understand why an apartment block ? You have plenty of land to work with. At the end of the day it’s another institutional looking apartment block. A dime a dozen. Why would anyone chose living on top of others like a tin of sardines?
