buy a bundle to buy, but the price is cheap. and, the grandmothers themselves bring the grain and then take the fried snack from the machine.

@@urbro2 umm it seems like a bit similar to bagle bread, isn't it? These puffed corns also have a plain and mild flavor but the texture is much loose than an actually baked bread.

Usually dry for puffing, Mexican version adds baking soda or leavening in the mix for even puffing instead of a knot of crunchy bubbles
