Wow - this looks like such an amazing hidden place. I really love the small hidden shops and places like this in Kyoto and other parts of Japan. Thank you for sharing and the ramen looks delicious!

この方はお弟子さんですが、店主のさだかずさんもとてもフレンドリーでした😊

こう言う小さくても美味しいから人が並ぶ🤤 ラーメンすごく美味しそう🤤 京都ならではの濃厚そうなスープ😋 並んでて食べたいなら間違いない👍

How can a shop like this one survive with only 3 hours opening time each day. I would understand it if the dishes would cost over 5000 Yen, but you can eat there under 10 Dollars. Weird.

These guys don’t make any money I’m so confused by the low cost of the food. In my estimation is making less than $100 an hour that’s if everybody eats in 20 minutes.

他府県から仕事の関係で京都市内に 住んでいる者ですが、私個人的には 昔、京都に出て来た頃、住んでる近くの ラーメン屋さんへ行ってみて 初めて京都ラーメンなる物を食べたが、 何だか余りにもコッテリし過ぎていて 気持ち悪くなり、少し食べただけで 全くダメでした。 それ以来京都ラーメンは全く食べません。

人気なんやったら移転してもいいんちゃうかな。こんな小さいところで回転悪すぎる。場所によっては値段も下げられるやろうし、客も待たせんでいいし。祇園やから酔っぱらいの舌馬鹿になった客多いと思うし作り甲斐無いと思う。
