🕹️ AMAZING OLD-SCHOOL ARCADE GAMES IN OSAKA | A Paradise For Retro-Gaming Lovers 👾
What I love in Osaka is that you can find so many old-school places!
We are all a bit nostalgic of the good old days and these arcades games will definitely take you directly to your childhood! They are located in Shinsekai, along this small shotengai: goo.gl/maps/GG...
Here, you will be able to play super old games like Street Fighter, Super Mario, Tetris, Pachinko games and so on.. Each game costs in general 100 yen which is around a dollar. Check it out when you visit Osaka! :)

Seeing that arcade in Osaka takes me back to the days of when I visited many of Chicago's finest arcades like Aladdin's Castle, Times Square, Chicago Games Co.,Time Out & of course, Dennis' Place For Games. Good Times. 😊
Oh man I do love me some arcades. Thanks for posting this. It's a shame that in the US there's not as many arcades as there used to be back in the 90s and in the early 2000s, and its sad that some arcades in Japan have closed due to corona. I can only hope that the ones that are still operational will continue to do in this era.

I completely agree with you! In Japan, many are closing, including the legendary Sega arcade in Akihabara. I hope we keep them as much as possible, specially the ones with old games ✨

@@sugoiijapan Yeah its just tragic. Its like an art form is being lost. In Nevada there's a place called Pinball Hall of Fame. Its an interactive museum essentially with old machines dating back to the 50. When corona hit, they were surviving but then eventually the owner reached a point where he couldn't keep it up. Thankfully he actually put up a GoFundMe campaign to help save the place. They actually received a massive amount of donations and ended up relocating to a much better building and have all of their machines on display. I just hope more arcades can have success stories like this.

This is a very important video as reference - I just purchased a Sega New Net City. So many treasures you all have. Thank you for sharing this video. 😊
Love the video. And thank you for actually taking your time pausing a bit on each cab, other videos they pass right through and leave me hanging wondering what the game was.
Maybe heaven looks like this

I really miss that 90'S arcade games so much,, especially street fighter, & Sailormoon,,, my all time favorite,,😊😅
I must go to osaka. THESE are videogames. Not that expensive PS5 so antiseptic and devoid of any feeling...

I like plenty of new games but I agree. There is a distinct lack of fun and vibrancy in the current videogame landscape.
The Japanese have all the fun with keeping classic games. Even though i know some of them that got on console ports.

Yes I love the fact that they keep them too! 😃
I still love Japan arcades. 🧡
Very nostalgic. :^) Thank you for sharing.

Cool video. There’s something about the old arcade cabinets that is lost when it is a generic white cabinet
One more note - I often wonder why these classic games are so rare, almost never seen in modern Japanese malls. I feel plenty of people would like to play them again, but most malls only offer pachinko-style games and a few others - maybe Taiko drums or Mario Kart, but little else. Maybe we should start a movement to petition for more classics. 🤔
Amazing 🤩
i wanna go 😭
Wonderful!
How much do these games (like Dr. Mario) cost to play? Cool video. ^^
❤❤❤
Hello would it be ok to use some of your footage for a promo video? It would be altered and not used exactly the same.
I have never seen 90% of the games shown there lel

Hey, if you know of any arcades closer to Yokohama, Tokyo, Shizuoka, etc., I'm interested to hear more recommendations. Anyway, thanks for this video.

If they turn off the lights they'd get more business.
