First choice is Truckload of wire, aluminum, brass, copper and stainless that's what I like the best. If the dumpsters aren't producing then my Second choice is Curbside scavenging.😎👊🏻Good video, I likey.

@@1scraplife I know but it's like Christmas. Plus you usually find the good brass and copper. I found a mother lode of lighting that will take me all week to scrap out but I may end up with a couple hundred lbs of cast aluminum. Good times!

When I scrap,I like to mix it up and get both a trailer load of washer and dryers to break down and and then follow with an AC unit with a air handler to break down. This way you have copper and wire both to turn in with a load of brass also. Keep the videos coming, thanks for asking.

Well, the kind of scrap I used to like, depended on a few things, one if I had a place to tear and take stuff down and what kinds of scrap I got, you know? The main thing was the first thing I said, bc if I didn't have a place where I could tear down things, take stuff apart, etc etc, then it really didn't matter to much what kind of scrap I found, but now if I just wanted to make a little pocket money the next morning or next day then I'd rather have gotten the big items, shred/appliance metal and depending on what the shred was going for at the time then yeah I'd rather got that stuff. Far as the non-ferrous stuff, I'd rather have saved it up for a few trips unless I really needed the money, you know? Anyways, yeah, good deal Hoss! 🤙🤘✌️

For me I only strip the copper, gold and aluminum from pc boards and sell the boards to a local e-waste buyer. But I micro scrap anything I find that has copper alum brass in it that includes any and all electric motors. I hate to see people taking motors to scrap yard with the copper in them. I do realize everyone don't have the tools or time to do it. As for any plastic I have a friend that takes my plastic for his molds and crazy art.
