Amazing Mulled Wine for Christmas | Vin Chaud

★Online Classes★
For more online classes please visit: hanbitcho.com/course/
Mulled wine is honestly so easy to make - just add everything in a large pot and boil/simmer. That’s it! So why not make it this Christmas?
▶Mulled Wine◀
Red Wine 750ml
Water 250ml (optional)
Sugar 110g
Orange 1~2
Apple 1~2
Cinnamon Stick 1
Cloves 1~2
Star Anise 1~2
① Cut the oranges/apples.
② Add everything into a large pot.
③ Bring it to a boil. Turn the heat down and simmer for 20~30mins.
▶How to store◀
If you have leftovers or planning to make it in advance, then you can store in the fridge (yes, so hot mulled wine needs to be chilled and then into the fridge) in an air-tight container for 3~4 days. You can either serve it chilled, which is surprisingly good, or the proper way which is to re-heat it (microwave works) and serve warm.

My husband just went to the grocery store to buy all the ingredients so we can make this tomorrow for Christmas. I can't wait to try it! Surprisingly, star anise was difficult to find in our local market but he did finally locate it. Merry Christmas Hanbit and the same to everyone else!

My dad usually makes this every winter and I really like how fragrant this is - it's really the smell of winter for us. It just warms you up on a cold winter night. 🥰 The only difference is that my dad doesn't add water (he likes the strong taste of wine) and he chops the apple and orange into small cubes so it's easier to eat. Drinking mulled wine in the cold winter is quite a tradition here in Romania. You can find mulled wine at every Christmas fair - you'll see people stirring the wine in some really big pots.Thank you for sharing this recipe! It's nice to see people from other parts of the world enjoying this as much as we do. Merry Christmas! 🎄
