I saw similar idea from another video using 795 motor claimed to create 10000 rpm on the grinder and better stability as it has two bearings inside. Somehow your design comes up with way neater design especially on the battery holder. Great work. Tx man! 👍🙏

You should switch the polarity and flip the blade so it will cut in the right direction and will not break apart you wood parts..

I agree with you. And one thing quite bothers me is the motor is stuck only by an adhesive tape. Will it hold the motor firmly? I think a bracket should be made to sit the motor properly and firmly.

Venía muy bien, hasta que, uso primero ese disco para cortar madera, luego el disco de corte lo coloca de mal posición y encima girar antihorario, al final sacar la protección para usar un disco flap, para modificar herramientas primero hay que saber cómo funciona y luego saber usarlas!

Güzel çalışma, kablolu ve pilli devir ölçümü de olsa süper olurdu. Yabancı kanallarda 12v ile yapanlar olmuş ama sizinki kadar başarılı değil, devir çok çok az, hatta incecik demiri çok zor kesiyor.

yes l built the base like yours except l use plastic instead of wood. I fold the metal n found a clever method to isolate the positive n negative posts myself.

Nice idea.. But it lacks deep discharge protection. So a destruction of the battery is inevitable! And the direction of rotation is wrong!

Lo verdaderamente interesante es el terminal de conexión con la batería de serie. Con eso puedes "recuperar" herramientas inalámbricas antiguas con pilas de NiMH y reempmazar con baterias de Li-Ion..... buena idea. La máquina en si se ve que tiene poco torque y con ese disco, es un verdadero peligro...

If I build a grinding machine like yours and run it with a 775 motor with a Makita 18 volt 3 amp battery. There is no chance of my ground battery being damaged by this grinding machine. thank you

Ustam iyi geceler. Videonuzu gördükten sonra birebir aynı uygulamayla endüvisi yanan avuç taşlamamı şarlıya çevirdim. RS-775VC-7011 motoru 18V / 4 amperle besledim. Yalnız çok gürültülü çalışıyor. Bunun sebebi ne olabilir? Bu gürültüyü nasıl azaltabilirim?

Hocam motor montajındaki vidadan bir tane de karşısına atarsan daha az titreşimli çalışabilir diye düşünüyorum. Bu şekilde simetrik olmayınca çok titreşim yapıyordur. Ellerine sağlık :)
