Thank you so much Barbara!🥰🌸 I did really luck out! I don't usually find stuff like that here in TX at my local Goodwill. Most items are overpriced, worn, have tears or holes / broken. Yes, the grand babies will love those shirts. They outgrow everything so fast! True about the sheets. a lot of the time the flat sheets don't even get used. they get stored in a linen closet. 👍🏻😜 Thanks again!

Wow! Great haul! Using the flat sheets for the backing is a great idea🤩. That flat sheets at my Goodwill have been on their last leg🙄. I will keep checking though.😉🤗

Fantastic finds! That baby elephant fabric is so cute. Plus those wildlife prints are so sweet. I love how they move merchandise by dropping it to a $1. Seems my local Goodwill doesn’t do that😥 Great tip on buying sheets there too. You are so right about the cost of fabric being sky high. I too love fabric as much as yarn (and paper) which means I have one heck of a stash. I used some of my scrap yarn and made small bags 5x7, 4 x 6, and some sizes in between. No two alike. I’m going to finally break into my fabric stash and line them all and add zippers. I need to find a good deal on zippers. I might have gone a little crochet crazy and at last count I’ve made 52 bags😱😱😱 Any tips on inexpensive zipper sources or even tips on lining are greatly appreciated! Looking forward to seeing what patterns you come up with using all that yummy fabric! That cross stitch piece is gorgeous! You got the deal of a lifetime $ wise. The frame size alone needed to be custom cut. I used to work as a framer and doing needlework framing is definitely not cheap. Depending on when it was framed that’s probably a $100 framing job. That’s not even including the actual stitching costs and time to make it. What a great piece to have for the holidays. Enjoy! Your grand babies are going to look so cute in those t-shirts. Well worth the $8.99 👍🏻 That flew in my cart faster than you can blink! 😂 Awwww man, sorry to hear your local Goodwill doesn't run those specials. That is a bummer. I guess m maybe it depends on the chapter it is. 🤷‍♀️ I'm not sure as a good deal on zippers. I have ( in the past ) lucked out on finding bags of new zippers at a thrift store and I have also purchased (again, in the past) zippers on a buy 2 get 3 free deal at JoAnn Fabrics. Of course, that was some time ago now. I hear a lot of people order zippers by the yard and I do believe that is the most affordable option. I haven't done that yet because I have quite a few zips for now. 😜👍🏻 OH MY WORD! 52 bags! 😂😂😂😂 What a great way to use up stash! I have yet to line my crochet zipper pouch but there are several videos here on KZread where people show you how to do it. I may have to FINALLY get around to lining mine. 😂😂😂 I have a MILLION plans for all the fabric I have received recently between my happy mail and now this fabric. I wish I could sew all day everyday! 😂😜👍🏻 That Dino shirt with the ridges was my favorite too.

Great haul, my Goodwill stores never have anything like that!!
