Your videos have helped me a lot to improve my my overall game but mostly my basics. They weren’t as good at the start of the year but once I watched a few of your videos they became better. I even learned how to drag flick! Thank you 🙏

I was wondering if you could go over a video about what non weighted / weighted exercises we can do at the gym or home that will help strengthen our power with drag flicks and for those who drag out for PC corners if there are any besides continuous repetition. With my PC drag outs, they are not that fastest nor slowest, and sometimes they're not accurate either. Any tips for either of those would be much appreciated, thank you! :)
