Vietnam has been dubbed the land of amazing caves, the land of butterflies, the land of Pho, the land of Banh Mi, the land of noodles, the land of coffee, the land of rice, the land of scooters, the land of endless scenic beauty . . . Whatever the name people call, Vietnam is truly an amazing country.

No chance my friend. Vietnamese government don't allow tourist visiting this site unless you have a special permissions issued by them. So far only around 400 tourist permissions was issued by now with minimum cost of 3000$. Not to mention one day walking through the jungle as this is the only possible way getting over there. It's not that easy at the moment. Definitely it will take another decade for it.

No exaggeration to say this is some of the most visually stunning imagery I have ever seen in my entire life... Isn’t it ironic something that started out as a toy (radio controlled ‘quadcopter’) evolved into a system capable of shooting HD video in a place where no more than 15 years ago was unthinkable? A heavy and bulky high resolution video camera mounted on a helicopter INSIDE an admittedly huge underground gallery? Forget it. Science fiction at best. It would have been the equivalent of a person in 1960 contemplating watching a man in a space suit walking on the surface of the moon on TV.

They keep saying a guy discovered it not long ago. Well I saw the guy and as I guessed it was a western guy that heard from the locals there was a hole in the mountain. So he went looking for it and now he "discovered" it. All him nobody else his secret. Meanwhile the locals have known and respected it for years. Bet it will be a huge tourist spot and I'm sure it won't be respected as it was when it was obscure. Sometimes things are better off left off the grid.
