That cracks are dangerous as hell, only a licensed chiropractor can do that safely. Specially the neck cracks, there's a lot of nerves and vertebras that could be seriously damaged because of that... I know the sound is relaxing but the persons getting cracked have their lives in risk.

What you are describing is a very small risk and is still present when a chiropractor does it, which is why the law requires them to provide a warning of strokes here in the west. The main reason a chiropractor is better for you than this is that they do specific adjustments meant to improve the alignment of ypur spine. If you just pop random stuff the probability that you will address the root cause of your problem is low, but ofc it still.feels good.

1. The popping sound is air being released from joints so the only way you're doing damage is if someone's neck and back is hurt already 2. The spine doesn't to go out of alignment like a lot of chiros say. However they do feel super good and I do think there's something to them
