Have u taste it?, It taste good like when u eat pear, it contain coconut water inside but the texture like a crunchy sponge, if you want to taste if but don't know where and how to buy it just buy an old coconut, and then let it 1/2 weeks then open it, old coconut usually have big sponge inside
