It's called the Le Mans classic. Basically classic cars racing at the 24 hours of Le Mans.

At the 4 minute mark you see a Camera man "Knee" in the middle of the lane as the cars roll out. Great picture but incredibly stupid and dangerous to not be in a Yellow jacket and a second spot "Stand" behind him. Irresponsible guys like this make it harder for photographers to get on tracks. And you can't blame the track officials.
