Amazing Borneo Malaysia! What to See in Kota Kinabalu

Kota Kinabalu is the state capital of Sabah, Malaysia on Borneo Island. This beautiful city has lots to see & do and if you travel to Borneo, then Kota Kinabalu is a must visit city. Malaysia is packed with fun and adventure and in this travel guide to KK we will show you the highlights including snorkeling the islands near Kota Kinabalu, catching a stunning sunset at Tanjung Aru Beach and feasting on seafood at the Kota Kinabalu Waterfront Night Seafood Market. We then do some shopping at the famous KK Gaya Street Sunday Morning Market and discover the history of both Sabah and Kota Kinabalu at the Sabah State Museum.

🇲🇾 We have been slow traveling for over two years and this is our second trip to Malaysia. On our first trip we made videos in Kuala Lumpur, Langkawi, Penang and Melaka. Now we are excited to be exploring Borneo starting in Kota Kinabalu. We can’t wait to see the jungle, beaches and eat what we are told is the best seafood in Malaysia.

Im sorry that u didnt know about kota kinabalu. This is on the blame of our malaysian government as they never wanted to promote sabah and sarawak state bcus they look down on us for no reason until the people from peninsular said we are poor and live on trees. They said is a joke but not a bad joke that we wanted. So many west malaysians have very bad habits. They treat foreigners kindly except sabah and sarawak in the borneo island

Unfortunately some beaches in the east coast are polluted by sea trash. Can be from anywhere, locally there are likely from sea gypsies living on the water villages. These are stateless people. The bajau laut. No waste management there of course.
