I went with one of my sons to Saona -Island and it was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. too meet the buitifull friendly islanders and bought a buitifull handcarved domican man which also supports them.on the return journey back via speedboat we all jumped over - board & swam around it seemed timeless most amazeing & sseing massive marine -life. I would recommend who ever travels to the dominican-republic,Saona-Island was the most unforgettable place ever. money well spent.
