I lived in Calgary for a number of years, and now live in a part of the US that's warm all year round 🌴. We had a saying, "When you've seen the west, you've seen the best." I truly miss the beauty of the Rockies. Parts of it just takes your breath away. Enjoyed your video. Much mahalo!!

If you start in Canmore and ride up the Spray Lakes road, then ride down to Banff on the Goat Creek trail to Banff, stop for an ice cream and then ride back to Canmore on this trail....it is a very nice day!

We were there last July but havnt tried the legacy bike trail. Maybe someday when we're back again there. This is nice. Liked 24.

I get the cycling away from traffic thing but still prefer the beautiful wide paved shoulders in the area to the narrow crowded paved pathway .

Yes, there are a few bike rental companies in Canmore (Rebound Cycle) and Banff (Banff Cycle).
