The effects guy is the drummer!
The drummer's name is Aric Improta. The dude is one of the most creative drummers around. You should check out the drum play through for their song copper wasp.

i remember speaking to him over 10 years ago on youtube, he was such a nice guy. glad to see he's found success with instrumental music, back when I spoke with him they had just started out.
Fun fact about this band, the dude that does the sound effects and samples is also the durmmer, Aric Improta. He is fuckin incredbile
YES!!! Love it! Knew you would dig it! Loved to see your face while you were enjoying that. There was a moment right before the bass came in slapping where you looked like you were even proud of them. lol Aric is an AMAZING drummer. Love that you both caught the story being told. Can't wait for you to catch the car test song with Niah "Ive Lost My Way Back Down". It's back when they still had a singer. The whole band is pretty much virtuosos of their instruments. They have a great performance live that I think you would dig. It's off their Gallery Of Sleep album. the video is "Trading Shadows - Night Verses (Live in Greensboro, NC - 2/17/18)"

"From the Gallery of Sleep" is my number 1 album. I listen to a shit ton of music but this is the shit. My favs are "No moon, Phoenix IV, and Infinity Beach". Please do give it a listen. Aric does artworks as well, the dude is so fuckin talented.
