In the beginning of this project, I watched for long hours, how operating these heavy equipments, these operators very careless- the problems they created, now seeing this recovery could just avoidable from beginning, many are beginners operators: trucks drivers, the leadership, all together this is exactly what they made off. Lost time, damaging equipments, etc.

Operadores y ayudantes tuvieron suerte de que esos cables no se reventaran,sin ninguna protección la muerte hubiera sido instantánea. Un ejemplo mas de negligencia é inexperiencia.

Don't ya think they would have used two cables if they had them? These are guys working on the job and some other fuckup drove the dozer into the swamp. They had to get it out NOW and didn't have time to go somewhere to get more cables. They are trying to get it out before the supervisors found out. They were luck there was an excavator on site.

I don’t believe it.Every one having there own ideas and working against each other instead of having one boss that knows what he’s doing.

So many accidents in Cambodia work sites. I presumed they don't have safety officers or SOP there.

Don’t understand why they kept pushing it back by the adding more dirt n essentially removing the dirt. Why didn’t they just pull with both dozers.

At the 17:29 mark and I STILL don't know what they are trying to accomplish. I never operated heavy equipment. Don't know the first thing about grading, filling or anything having to do with earth moving. Dude 1 is pulling, sometimes. Dude 2 is "helping" by doing, whatever he is doing. Based on what I have witnessed so far they should...walk away. Just, walk away. 29:28: Found myself yelling at my monitor…dig in front of the machine. Why can’t you hook up more than one piece of equipment and pull at the same time? Dude’s on the ground…get the out of the way before you get killed! 35:51: Oh, now I understand. They are trying to remove the stuck bulldozer. I thought they were filling in the hole, moving water and trying to get someone seriously injured or killed. 38:59: I thought…how many pieces of equipment have they buried, tipped over or destroyed. Then I looked at my “up next” video suggestion. Apparently, this is common. smh

I totally agree. I'm trained in Marine Salvage, and having watched this for 20 minutes already, I'm reminded of my Grandfather telling me I looked like a cub bear playing with a coke bottle.... all these guys are doing is tearing up what was perfectly good dozers.

By trying to pull the dozer from the blade end made this five times harder. When pulling from the blade end the blade does exactly what it was designed to do and that's dig into the earth. If they would have hooked to the rear of the machine in the beginning it would have made the recovery sooo much easier.

They pulled from the top, back half, which buried the blade even more for a pull extraction! The shovel, excavator, was needed first.

i wonder..from my experience i've towed and recovery many stranded trucks..could it be easier if they tow that dozer from behind..because if they tow dozer in front,the shovel will be pain in the ass..just my 2 cents

@Matt Huzairy. - I'm in the UK and used to have a small Plant & Tool hire business, although we did have several ex's & a couple of dozers and the odd time some idiot managed to get one stuck. I always worked on the principal, if it went in forwards it would come out backwards and vice versa with least damage, - never failed - after all the ground was usually soft as hell and that's why it got stuck in the first place. Had one slide sideways once but it was still easiest to gently work it round to a bit of an angle and then gently pull it out backwards.

I have never in all. My 40 years of working heavy equipment see anything that would be a good lesion on how not to do things,, but they were extremely good about making a big mud hole and making money,,, 2large cats and an excavator with all kinds of extra power and you still work half the night getting something like this out of a hole that they made for them self,,,, equipment that go in and get stuck,,,, come out the same way they went in,, hooking 2 cats on this unit along with an excavator a pull it out on the same tracks it went in at ,,,,,, if it took more than 30 minutes to get out you need stronger cables instead of breaking the ones you have,,,,, the power was there but not the smarts….

Packing Mud around Buried equipment is always a bad idea. Dragging it out backwards would have been a lot better for the equipment. The Excavator could have reached over and pulled against the Blade and backed up with the two Dozers pulling the equipment backwards at the same time.. I assume they don't know what Mud Mats are and don't understand the concept of dragging it backwards on to Mud Mats. It just makes things easier when a operator decides to go swimming with the equipment.

For crying out loud , hook up both track vehicles to it, on dry ground, it will come out ! Who built those hi rise buildings on the horizon ? Not these guys ! This is great ! ….. Get a bigger tool. More cables …hook them all. Write it offf….go for beer. Call Matts off-road recovery in Utah…..to come get it out ! 😙

To all those who posted negative comments, I would say that these people are NOT Recovery Specialists but rather only attempting to rescue the Bulldozer at the site under the prevailing circumstances. Therefore they deserve praise rather than insults.

Yes. They must not have had cable or chain to be able to pull it out with both dozers at the same time or far enough away from the sunk dozer to get the proper angle on it. That's why they were moving all the dirt on the banks.

Now that it is out, complete engine overhaul etc. Yet more money wasted. As someone pointed out, this cost more to recover it than it is worth. Recovery + Engine rebuild + Complete tractor overhaul as well = Priceless

Naw. They will take it apart. Blow everything out, clean it and run the shit out of it till it’s sunk again. The hydro system is sealed so that’s fine. I’ve seen worse run after for a long time.

It wouldn't have been so bad until the fools kept screwing up and buried it even deeper and it looks like they let the exhaust pipe go under. If so,the engine is full of water.

All they had to do was lift it little by little with the excavator while bulldozers on each side pulled it out. You can never get that out with that much mud around it with bulldozers. Digging around it beats the purpose when the incline is impossible.

You're right, one provide some lift to lighten it a bit & the rests keep pulling. These people still think the ground is hard & I was worried the excavator was also going to topple into this watery grave. Nature is angry at them. 🤦🙈🙏🙏🙏

Просмотрел. Первое - как допустили ? Второе - создать тяговую силу тросами и двумя бульдозерам одновременно тащить. При условии вырезания в грунт при вытаскивании - уже дождавшись эсковатор - тащить с эксковатором и бульдозерам. Важно то, что смогли вытащить - не утра или дорогую технику. Теперь работа по восстановлению. Разборка дизеля. Промывка. Все эл.питание на промывку и просушку. Как больше такого не допустить!? - очень важно.

Phải cần có ba sợi dây và cả ba xe để tổng hợp lại có thể nó mới lên được bởi vì trong lượng của nó ở dưới sình bao giờ nó rất có trọng lượng nhiều hơn phải có tổng hợp mới có thể kéo nó lên được dùng theo vật lý

What I saw was, none of them even knew what they were really doing. Hey need to come to the US and learn the right way in how to pull vehicles out of a muddy water the right way the very first time. They should have used the last equipment the very first time. I would recommend them to wear swimsuit under work clothes just in case they are called to get vehicles out of water as in this video. Not wear work clothes in dirty water.

How fitting that there was a plant in the driver seat after it came out of the water.
