I have rarely seen such good antenna matching. We designed two parts between which we can put our foil antenna made from 0.1 mm copper foil. I tried to keep the permittivity of the PLA material as low as possible in order to minimize the influence on the antenna's electro-magnetic properties.

    You could print without a top layer. This would allow for zero infill needed, so you’d be left with just bottom and walls.

    Admirable experiments on a 3D printed antenna, but why won't a PCB version, be both easier and cheaper?

    Exactly! Especially when you have make changes. But anyway, my goal is a PCB vesion.
