this watch is build on sleaker and mic as well allowing you to answer call over Bluetooth. it also support contactless payment and because is build on alexa integrated you can control all the home equietment connected to alexa .

There is speakers and microphones on the Balance, too!

Balance allows phone calls via bluetooth but according to your vid does not contain mic and speaker...
