Amaranth & Celosia Benefits for Your Home, Your Garden, and the Environment You Live in

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Why having spectacular plants of Amaranth and Celosia would benefit your garden and home? In this video we look at Amaranthaceae family of plants with wonder and admiration, discovering the many ways humanity was interacting with and benefiting from those plants for centuries.
Learning what amaranth, pigweeds, tumbleweeds and... beets have in common. And finding out why planting amaranth and celosia would benefit not only you, but the environment you live in as well.
I was so out of practice putting this video together after a looong break, I didn't even think to identify my particular plant I featured in this video. As THE rose on the Little Prince planet was the beloved without any other name besides "Rose", so was my amaranth plant to me - I never bothered to find out its common or Latin name. Maybe you can help me with that and identify my plant in the comments.
Feel free to add anything you know about the wonderful family of amaranth plants below in the comments.

Thank you fir the video. I Love Amaranth is very versatile and drought hardy. Fast growing. But wondered the difference in Celosia , Cockscomb and Amaranth. I’ve saved my seeds for grain.
