To set things right now a committee.. means additional expenditure for their visits and remuneration. But still there is no guarantee that their recommendations would be followed strictly which could necessitate further inspections and construction. Do you love this kind of repetition of things if it were your money. Just think practically. I have no personal likes or dislikes. But let us look at facts, think and respond accordingly.
