Not all but most are. Sangomas need to have 3 muthis (White, Red and Black) white for opening your luck and cleanse. Red for attack and protection. Black for attacking (Witchcraft) because sending back means you are a Witchcraft. Those Sangomas that don't use black muthi are weak and can't help you that much. That's why you find you go to certain sangoma and his or her things don't work
