Companies do this to IMPROVE SEX RATIO in their employees' base. This obviously reduces competition very much. This has nothing to do with being flashy to interviewer. 😂😂 I know some girls from my college having low coding skills but got selected at high packages just because of these Special Girls only placement drives.
Microsoft easily hire many girl interns for its EDGE programme so no blow that she did that ...

I really admired Aman Bhaiya when he was our bhaiya our mentor but ever since he started this institution business stuff truly I lost interest
Alpha batch is for biggners, according to my experience,you cannot expect placement after the course ,your have to work on your programming skills by yourself ,for placement point of view I will not suggest that course .
