She's implying that the woman her dad is having sex with is someone she doesn't like (either her mom or someone else), so she is just using "pregnant clown" as a silly insult. I imagined it could either be a funny insult because the person looks ridiculous (like a clown) or she just thinks she's a clown as in a person to not take seriously bc she hates her that much, like an evil step mom situation. 😆 I'm autistic and tend to take things literally so I did not get it at all at first. Lol. It took me several days of reading comments to understand it, but once I did I couldn't stop laughing 😆 I hope this makes it make sense! If not, I can try again!
