The most horrible thing about this is that Savile was just a provider for others. After his death, someone else took his place, and this shit is still going on till this day.

When I was a child I lived in Leicester Road Salford. Me and my brother saw JS on a few occasions pull up in either a white or very light blue Rolls Royce and pick up two children from a house in Heaton Road. We told my mother that we had seen JS she told us to stay well away from him if we see him again because he was a “wrong un” so back in the early sixties everyone knew about him.

Just because a man doesn't publicly get called a slag for cheating doesn't mean he isn't one. That's the thing that needs to change, men should also be called it too.

+GamerGalUK, Yeah, but Men don't care. There is no rule that Men can't be referred to as Slag's etc, but speaking as a Man we aren't ashamed of sleeping around (Women are). An the only way we could even the playing field, is to have more Women sleeping around and/or be honest about it, but whenever a Woman is open about it, not only is she condemned for it (where most people condemning her are other Women) but she will try to hide what she has done. If I call a Woman a Slag, she'll get offended, the second she stops being offended is the second people will stop saying it (as it is used more of as an insult, rather than statement of fact/opinion). P.S. You call me a Slag, I hold that title proudly, if I call you one chances are you'll be offended (even if I were to use it in the correct context), most Women view themselves as less for sleeping around, I've read too many profiles on dating sites by Women that read "I don't do that sort of thing, I have more respect for myself than that".

+ Stelpots, You wont offend anyone, but one of the reasons it probably wont change is because call a Woman a Slag/Whore etc is now used as a derogatory term, so in a way there is no going back, but at the same time it's kind of shitty as I myself as a Man do like sleeping around, an sometimes I meet a girl on a Night out who has to think twice about sleeping with me as she may risk being called a Slag and ruin her Rep. P.S. Sorry for very late reply.
