Excerpted from Pink Martini's live concert at Edgefield in Portland, "Amado Mio" is the opening track on the band's debut album "Sympathique," and has long been an audience favorite in concert. Filmed on a rainy day in September 2021, soon after the band started touring again after a long hiatus during quarantine, this performance of one of lead singer China Forbes's signature songs features a trumpet solo by Thomas Barber, an opening harp cascade by Maureen Love, with members of the Portland Youth Philharmonic on strings. This video is excerpted from an epic 3-hour concert that was also broadcast to the band's fans online.

This video was filmed in fall 2021 during our epic, joyous, and RAINY hometown show return to the stage after pandemic lockdown. It was great, but we're looking forward to an equally exuberant but slightly warmer and drier hometown show in August at McMenamins Grand Lodge.

humildemente diré que la otra chica rubia canta mejor está canción, se me hace un poco duro la voz de está chica, como que cala demasiado. Un sonido más abierto sería más chulo y bonito, así es como lo hace la otra chica.
